Ingredients:
0.5 kg of ground nuts
1 kg of salt
Required amount of water
Steps for Procedure:
1.Heat the water in a big pan on the medium heat and add salt(as per required saltyness) to it.
2.Then add ground nuts to it and stir it continuously.
3.Let then half cooked and the color of the skin changes from dark red to whitetis red.
4.The color gets removed.
5.Heat the salt on a medium flame.
6.Take the ground nuts from the water and add to salt which is heated in the above step.
7.Roast the ground nuts in a salt on a medium flame.
8.Cook then until it becomes crunchy.
9.Separate ground nuts and salt using jaali.
Serve Khari singh in snacks
Note:
1.In step1 add required amount of salt, remind that it could not too salty.
2.In step7 take care that, ground nuts should not touch to utensil/pan.
