Ingredients:
1.5 cup fresh grated coconut(Nariyal)
1 cup fried gram(Daariya)
2 tbsp groundnut(Daanah)
2-4 green chilies(Lavingdi Marchi)
Little coriander leaves(Kothmari)
2 cloves of garlic(Lassan)
1/4 tbsp mustard seeds(Rai)
1 tsp cooking oil
8 curry leaves(limbdo)
1/4 tbsp of asafoetida(Hing)
Required amount of salt and water
Steps for Procedure:
1.Transfer all the ingredients like coconut(Nariyal), fried gram(Daariya), roasted groundnuts(Dana), salt, green chilies(Lavingdi Marchi), coriander leaves(Kothmari) and garlic(Lassan) into a mixier jar.
2.Add in required water and grind until fine paste.
3.Heat the oil in a low flame.Then add mustard seeds(Rai), curry leaves(limbdo), asafoetida(Hing) after it gets cooked then add the prepared mixer.
4.After heating it for 1-2 minutes. Garnish it with coriander leaves(Kothmari).
Serve it with any south indian item like idli, dosa, Mangalore Bajji,....
Note:
1.Add green chillies as per your taste.
2.As per requried consistency add water.
