Ingredients:
250g of all-purpose flour(Maindo)
1 cup of water
1 tbsp of salt(Mithu)
10 tbsp of sugar(Sugar)
1 liter of oil
Steps for Procedure:
1.Put sugar and salt in water and heat it on medium flame until the ingredients gets melted.
2.Place it aside for cooling.
3.Add 3 tbsp oil to all-purpose flour(Maindo) and mix well, then add prepared water to it and make dough.
4.Take a large ball of dough and make a big roti.
5.Roll the roti as shown in below picture that results in cylindrical shape.
6.Remove the ends of that cylinderical shape.
7.Then cut it into small pieces.Therefore, raw biscuits are ready.
8.Heat the oil on medium flame. Fry the raw biscuits until it gets light golden color.
Notes:
1.Dough should be tight.
2.Add sugar as per your required sweetness.
