Servings: 5 people





Ingredients:



500 gram all-purpose flour(Miando)
0.5 tbsp Turmeric powder(Haladara pavadara)
6 tbsp of Oil
0.5 tbsp Asafoetida(Hinga)
1 tbsp Red chilli powder(Marchu)
2.5 tbsp of Black Pepper powder(Tekha no Bhuko)
2.5 tbsp of carom seeds(Ajmo)
Required amount of water and salt 


Steps for Procedure:

1.Add 3 tbsp oil to all-purpose flour(Maindo) and mix well.


2.Add Turmeric powder(Haladara pavadara), Red chilli powder(Marchu), Asafoetida(Hinga), Black Pepper powder(Tekha no Bhuko), carom seeds(Ajmo) and salt. Mix it well. 


3.To prepare dough(lot), add water as per required amount.  


4.Make small balls of that dough.


5.Slide the ball with the help of your thumb as shown in figure with the help of wood as shown in figure or fork spoon(Katta vadi Chamchi).


6.Heat the oil on medium flame. Fry it until it gets light golden color.





Notes:
1.Dough should be tight.
