Servings:5 People(Snacks)
Ingredients:
1 kg of Dates(Khajur)
3-4 tbsp of Ghee
Large packet of Marie Gold biscuit
250g of coconut powder(Topranu churan)
Steps for Procedure:
1.Initially, remove the seeds from all the dates(Khajur).
2.Place a pan on a medium flame and drop the ghee and dates without seeds.
3.Stir it for few minutes until it becomes soft.
4.Take a biscuit, and make a layer of prepared mixture on it and again place a biscuit.
5.Then, cover the whole with a mixture prepared in step3.
6.At last, roll it in a coconut powder.
7.Repeat procedure from step4.
Serve the Khajur Pak in snacks.
Note:
1.If you wish you can cut then into four equal pieces.
