Servings: 10 Paratha's
Ingredients:
250 gram flour(Gav no lot)
0.5 tbsp Turmeric powder(Haddar powder)
3 tbsp of Oil
0.5 tbsp Asafoetida(Hinga)
2 tbsp Red chilli powder(Marchu)
150 gram of chopped cabbage(Kobich)
1 tbsp Coriander and Cumin Powder(Dhana Jeeru Powder)
Required amount of water and salt
Steps for Procedure:
1.Take a bowl, put some water and little amount salt on the low flame.
2.After it gets heated add some chopped cabbage to it.
3.Heat it until the cabbage gets cooked.
4.Remain it in rest until it gets cool.
5.Add Turmeric powder(Haddar powder), Red chilli powder(Marchu), Asafoetida(Hinga), Coriander and Cumin Powder(Dhana Jeeru Powder) and salt.
6.Add 3 tbsp oil and mix well.
7.Then add cooked Cabbage and mix it well.
8.Prepare a dough by adding required amount of water.
9.Make equal sized balls of prepared dough.
10.Roll it and make chappati's of medium size.
11.Cook the prepared Chappati's by appling 1 tbsp of oil on both the sides.
Serve the hot Gobbi Paratha's with Tea & Spicy Chutney.
Notes:
1.Dough should not be too tight.It should be medium.
