Spicy Chutney


Servings: 5 people



Ingredients:


2 medium size whole garlic(Lassan)
2 tbsp ginger paste(Aadu)
3 medium size chopped Green chilli's(Marcha)
150g chopped coriander leaves(Kothamari)
1 medium size chopped tomatoes
1.5 tbsp of Oil
0.5 tbsp Mustard Seeds(Rai)
0.5 tbsp of cumin seeds(Jeeru)
0.5 tbsp Turmeric powder(Haddar powder)
0.5 tbsp Asafoetida(Hinga)
2 tbsp Red chilli powder(Marchu)
1 tbsp Coriander and Cumin Powder(Dhana Jeeru Powder)
Required amount of salt


Steps for Procedure:

1.First of all make paste of garlic(Lassan), Green chilli's(Marcha) and ginger with the hands.

2.Grind the chopped coriander leaves(Kothamari).


3.Then add Chopped tomatoes to it and grind it.

4.Add oil to the bowl and put it of low flame.

5.After the oil gets heated, add Mustard Seeds(Rai), cumin seeds(Jeeru), Asafoetida(Hinga) and Turmeric powder(Haddar powder).

6.Then add paste prepared in step3 and remain it for few seconds until it gets cooked.
7.Add Red chilli powder(Marchu), Coriander and Cumin Powder(Dhana Jeeru Powder) and salt.

Serve it with any Paratha's or Chappati.

Notes:
1.Red Chilli powder and green chilli should be added as per your required spicy.
